Therapeutic MASSAGE
Still your mind and relax, whilst your tight muscles are released through the combination of relaxation and deep tissue massage. As in all treatments our therapists adjust the pressure to suit your requirements.
Pregnancy MASSAGE
Your pregnant body is working harder than ever before. Pregnancy massage reduces peripheral swelling, soothes the nervous system and helps to prevent insomnia, muscle cramps and back pain. This massage is performed in a side lying position with pillows for extra comfort and support. Massage is not recommended in the first trimester of pregnancy.

You will Be Rested as you enjoy this 90 minute treatment, by our caring therapists. Choose either a relaxation, therapeutic or pregnancy 60 minute massage to help relief stress and tension in the body. This is then followed with a Mini Japanese Facial Massage pressure point massage with oil, then hot towel application. Bliss. Be Renewed PACKAGE
Our ultimate Head to Toe treatment package to renew the mind and body. Your treatment begins with a soothing hot towel foot wrap, foot exfoliation and massage. Then relax with your choice of either a 60 minute relaxation, therapeutic or pregnancy massage to help relief stress and tension in the body. Our therapists then treat you to a facial where your skin is cleansed, exfoliated, massaged and hydrated. Your treatment is finished with a soothing scalp massage and a repair masque for your hair.
